20' High Cube Container Office
The doors are operational, but the insulation is fixed in place.
We are selling a 20' high cube office on consignment. The container is 20' long, 8' wide and 9'6" high. It has one man door and two additional windows added into the front side. The entire unit is encapsulated in spray foam insulation and covered with plywood(Excluding the floor). The doors are still operational, but the wall of insulation is stationary (please see photos). Inside the container electricity was added in with lights, outlets, and breakers to support an office. There are outlets mounted on the outside of the container including RV hookup in the back.
There is no heat or cooling in the office, however, space heaters or baseboard heaters could easily be added in after purchase. The quad receptacle at the upper left hand corner of the rear wall was installed with adequate circuitry intended for a wall mounted HVAC unit.
This is a great option if you want a transportable office and don’t want the hassle of having to make it yourself or pay to have one done for you. It is all ready to go!
